Telesensors was founded in 2003 by a group of Electronic Engineers with extensive ASIC and Electronic Engineering backgrounds. The team had previously worked at Flextronics Semiconductor and prior to that at ASIC International.
Utilizing their prior experience, Telesensors focused their expertise on small, highly sophisticated electronics products. The first projects continued the design team’s heritage with ASIC development.
In 2006, Telesensors added capability for Sensor/RF integration projects. This new path fit well with their talents of designing small, highly complex products.
In addition to Design services, Telesensors has sourced and managed the integration of these projects into US based Contract Manufacturers. This additional service has aided customers in quickly bringing new products to market.
In 2008, Telesensors expanded this capability to include Offshore Contact Manufacturers. This new service allows Telesensors to provide Low Volume/High Mix solutions through US contract manufacturers and High Volume/Low Mix solutions through offshore contact manufacturers. This capability also provides cost reduction services for existing products.
