Off-The-Shelf Solutions
Many applications require sensing of common environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, motion detection, vibration, proximity, etc. If size, power, cost, or development time are not critical constraints, then specification and integration of an off-the-shelf module or component may be the best solution. Telesensors will work with our customer to provide best off-the-shelf solutions.
Integrated Solutions
For sensing applications where size, power, or cost constraints are critical, custom engineering using standard sensing elements and electronic components will usually provide the best solution. Also, if the sensing requirements are more complex or require multiple types of sensors, an integrated approach usually provides the best solution.

For a typical integrated solution, Telesensors can specify the sensing element, design signal conditioning and data acquisition electronics, and provide any local data processing. Also depending on the system requirements, Telesensors can design a suitable data transmission method using a wired or wireless link to a base station or central processing facility.
Complex Custom Solutions
For very critical size, power, or cost applications, Telesensors can engineer highly integrated sensing solutions. Work has been done with commercial and government research customers to develop specialized electronics for leading edge sensing elements. Mixed-signal ASIC and ASIC platforms are often required to achieve the level of integration and to meet power and cost constraints. Telesensors has the systems and ASIC experience to provide concept to production for full custom solutions.
