A very important part of this process includes testing and product approval. Telesensors has experience in the steps required for proper functional testing, reliability testing, and product compliance approval during all phases of design and manufacturing.
Functional Product Testing
Functional product testing is conducted during prototype development, engineering and pilot builds, and initial manufacturing. Telesensors develops comprehensive functional test plans to assure continuous quality improvement during the design and manufacturing process.
Reliability Testing
Reliability testing is an integral part of any design process. In additional to functional test plans, Telesensors develops Reliability Test Plans early in the design process. At each critical design step, the product is rigorously tested to ensure it meets the original design intent.
Product Compliance Testing
A Product Compliance Test Plan is also developed with the customer to ensure the final product will meet government regulatory requirements. This testing can include numerous agencies such as UL, FCC, FDA, ISO, etc.
Properly developed and documented test and approval plans decrease the time to market and reduce overall costs for new product introductions.
Telesensors can also work with your engineering group to develop functional, reliability, and compliance test plans as a separate service from engineering design services. Once the plans are developed we can carry out the testing as an independent service.
